The acquisition of transport and warehousing company Van der Donk ('s-Hertogenbosch Holland) took place in 1994. After the acquisition, the trucks received a visible Van den Bosch fleet number on the cabin. Initially the trucks only received new lettering (various types of lettering were tried) but eventually the trucks were equipped with the Van den Bosch coloring and lettering.

The branche in 's-Hertogenbosch was closed in 2005.
